During Julia's 25 plus years of real estate career, she has successfully designed and sold new construction neighborhoods as well as representing sellers and buyers in the greater Hilton Head area. She has invaluable connections with contractors, designers, lenders, attorneys, and appraisers. She as been awarded the Hilton Head Island Realtor Service Award, has served on numerous community service projects, and has been a top performer in representing both sellers and buyers.

In addition to her real estate career, Julia has been an educator, built and owned small businesses, bought and sold investment properties, and rented investment proeprties.

Raised and educated in NC, Julia has a BA in Education and an MA in Education from UNC Chapel Hill.

Julia has called Hilton Head Island home for over 25 years, and she lives in Spanish Wells with her husband, Jaime. She loves walking on the beach, making art, playing with her grandchildren, and buying real estate.
