Meet Dayna Muggeo: Your Hilton Head & Bluffton Real Estate Expert

For me, real estate isn’t just a career—it’s in my blood. Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs and real estate investors, I learned early on how vision, strategy, and market insight turn properties into opportunities.

My father, a first-generation Italian immigrant from the Bronx, first saw the SC Lowcountry during Marine Corps boot camp on Parris Island in the early ’50s. As a young Marine from the city, it was unlike anything he had ever seen before—and he dreamed of making this his home. That dream came true in 1984 when he moved our family to Hilton Head Island. I’ve been blessed to grow deep roots in this beautiful coastal community ever since.

After years of studying the Hilton Head and Bluffton real estate markets and owning my own businesses, I officially became a licensed REALTOR®, combining my local expertise with a deep commitment to serving my clients. I specialize in:

As a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and soon-to-be Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), I bring a data-driven approach to pricing and negotiation, ensuring my clients get the best possible outcomes. But more than that, I believe real estate is about lifestyle. Where you live shapes how you live, and my mission is to help every client find a home that allows them to live their dream—whether that means a backyard designed for entertaining, dining at world-class restaurants, or waking up to a waterfront view.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me enjoying the Lowcountry’s incredible coastal lifestyle with my firefighter husband and our teen & toddler—beaching, paddleboarding on the May River, and exploring Hilton Head & Bluffton’s top restaurants, local events, arts, and live music scene.
